Weekly, virtual 40m somatic, exploratory meditation practice sessions are softly structured nervous system nourishment. Every Thursday morning, 7:30-8:10am over zoom.
1st Week - Breath & Other Accessible Anchors
Establishing a sense-based place to "rest" your awareness
2nd Week - Sensations & Emotions
Differentiating & learning the language of your unique body
3rd Week - Thoughts & Thought Patterns
Cycle-breaking intrusive, repetitive & harmful loops
4th Week - Dharma / Experience
Utilizing meditative tools for everyday wellBEing
5th Week - Wild Card Topic
We do a simple check-in, I’ll offer any guidance or introductions for new attendees, then we get right into the meditation, which lasts about 20-25m. Sharing & discussion is not mandatory - it's your choice to engage with the Q&A or prompts either vocally or via chat.
We start on time! If you need to arrive late, slide right in wherever we are.
Open to all experience levels & identities.
All sessions are healing-centered, counter-oppressive, trauma & neurocognitive aware.
Leave any idea of "perfection" or “having it together” on the floor.
