Engaged Practice: Dharma & Meditation

These are live recordings of STL Queer Sangha and other "engaged" dharma practices, meaning, you are invited to relate the practices to your own lived experience. Generally ranging about an hour, these recordings land best with:

  • Time & space for a slow pace of listening

  • Pausing to answer the included prompts in your journal or simply in your mind

  • Allowing space for integration during & following the practice (don't rush to fit it in before work or bed, limit your distractions)

After you listen, you're invited to post your thoughts & comments about what you listened to, what you found helpful or what you liked, or even ponderings & questions to fellow community members to engage in dialog about the practices & dharma!
